ABSTRACT
The article discusses the research which reveals the low percentage of Americans at low risk of cardiovascular disease in the U.S. It states that the researchers evaluated the data from the four health surveys of Americans from 1971 to 2004. It mentions that the researchers found out that one in 12 Americans had a low cardiovascular risk in 1994 but it changes after the trend of overweight and obese Americans increased.
