ABSTRACT
The article discusses how Boston, Massachusetts-based recruiting firm Hollister Inc. takes advantage of social media in looking for and hiring the best job seekers. The firm uses the Web 2.0 and partners with the new media communications agency 451 Marketing to create the Recruiting 2.0 model to place the client's job on social media channels including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. It notes the results of the launch of the recent media recruitment strategy.
