ABSTRACT
The article discusses strategies for fitness centers to retain new customers, brought about by the surge of business during the start of each year. The author advises facility owners to provide e-mails, handouts and surprise text messages aimed at educating and inspiring their clients. In addition, IDEA Health & Fitness Association has provided Fitness Handouts available on their website at www.ideafit.com, which fitness centers can send to their clients.
