ABSTRACT
The article reports on the announcement by New York Governor David A. Paterson that the state will receive 31 billion dollars in American Recovery and Reinvestment (ARRA) funds. Paterson mentions that he will utilize the full resources of the governor's office to increasing the state' share of federal stimulus money.
