ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a study on engaging the time of visitors with a company's interactive branded content in websites, mobile applications and social networks. Results reportedly show a 28% and 6% improvement in brand awareness and purchase intent respectively after 30 seconds of interaction as compared with no interaction. It is stated that although shifts in brand metrics arise, the perception of content depends on the type of audiences and the circumstances of interaction.
