ABSTRACT
The article presents an argument against sex education. It is the author's opinion that sex education is the responsibility of the family and should not be taught in school settings. Concerns regarding the standardization of sex education, the stability of sex education curricula, and questions regarding tradition, religion, and sex education are examined. The marginalization of minority sexualities in sex education curricula and the responsibility placed on teachers are also discussed.
