ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Bring It campaign by Verizon for employees to bring their unique talent, skills, knowledge and passion to a work environment that will embrace who they are. It states that the campaign was successful because it defines diversity broadly and inclusively and focuses employees, potential applicants to diversity as an opportunity and that it used photos of actual employees in the branding campaign that represents different gender, race and ethnic groups.
