ABSTRACT
The article reports on the benefits that could be found with the creation and development of small nuclear reactors that have been proposed by several firms, including Nuscale Power Inc. and Toshiba, within the nuclear power industry. A discussion of the ways that the small reactors could create energy, and of the advantages that they have over larger more expensive reactors, is presented.
