ABSTRACT
The article reports on the enactment of a secondary market guarantee program by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) that will benefit business owners in the U.S. The program funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) has been anticipated to provide capital and greater liquidity to business owners. Moreover, the program has been expected to bring back the lending institutions into the 504-loan market.
