ABSTRACT
The article focuses on various issues regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) which was implemented under the administration of President Barack Obama in the U.S. An overview of the ARRA issues is presented which includes the statement of Vice President Joseph R. Biden on ARRA's two stages, mass unemployment, and the need for another stimulus. Moreover, the response of the said administration is also mentioned.
