ABSTRACT
The article discusses the "Space Security 2008," a report on trends and developments in space from January to December 2007. The report is part of the Space Security Index (SSI initiated by various organizations which include McGill University Institute of Air and Space Law, Secure World Foundation, and Simons Centre for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Research. It is assessed according to several indicators which include space environment, commercial space, and space systems protection.
