ABSTRACT
The article reports on the employment rate in small businesses and the effects of economic recession. In states that small business enterprises are considered as the key source in the growth of jobs and that it created and destroyed in and out of recessions. It also notes that the recession that continued to generate declines on the employment rates of 2010 was an exception on the pattern of the uninterrupted job growths in small businesses.
