ABSTRACT
The article stresses the importance of being careful in posting online personal information through weblogs and social networking web sites such as LinkedIn and Facebook. It is explained that one may be judged by current or potential employer, clients and business partners based on one's online presence. If one's personal photographs, videos and words are considered inconsistent with the company image, it may lead to losing one's job or career opportunity.
