ABSTRACT
The author discusses the value of creating a business social media. Creating a business Facebook Page provides an opportunity for business to gain a big following by communicating with customers and prospects while allowing business to create value messages, post videos and offer tips and ideas that will help customers. Although the value of Twitter has not been fully realized, the author claims that with 125 million users there is this huge potential for business to thrive in this network.
