ABSTRACT
The article discusses the hobby of vegetarian cooking. A historical overview overview of vegetarianism and vegetarian cooking is presented and the suggestions for exploring vegetarian cooking are provided and include the materials, time, and financial investment required. Trends in vegetarian cooking are examined and the use of various foods to supply complete nutrition is explored. Questions regarding the health benefits of soy are also included.
