ABSTRACT
The article highlights the existence of the right of immigration. The authors says that the immigration restriction is a prima face rights violation, which makes it not very strong claim as its brings a shift into a normative presumption where the immigrant is seen as a violator of a law. He adds that the Priority View does neither help the cause of immigrants as the issue of prioritizing the condition of the poor American families comes in front. He concludes that racial bias is to blame for Western countries to secure their borders from foreigners.
