The article reports that U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Shaun Donovan testified before the House of Representatives Committee on Financial Services about the reform which involves the Preservation, Enhancement and Transformation of Rental Assistance Act (PETRA). According to Donovan, the proposed legislation on rental assistance programs would accomplish President Barack Obama's commitment to ensure that all families can live in sustainable communities.
