ABSTRACT
The author offers information on socia media marketing and the lack of competence of social media content creators. He states that with the growth of social networking sites as marketing venues, young, hardworking, but inexperienced social media marketers fail in producing high-quality blogs and marketing content. He argues that the solution would be to give these social media representatives the support they need, through proper training and resources to successfully promote the brand.
