ABSTRACT
The article reports on the air war between the U.S. and North Vietnam. It states that U.S. jets hit new targets in the port city of Haiphong and Hanoi but avoided Phuc Yen strip, the core of Hanoi, and the docks at Haiphong where most of the supplies from Russia and China arrive. It adds that the bombing was made to counter the inflow of supplies which has slowed but has not stopped. It concludes that no target will be immune to attacks if they continue to contribute to the North's war effort.
