ABSTRACT
The article reports on the preparation of U.S.S.R. Rumanian Party Leader Nicolae Ceausescu in the attack of Soviet Russia to Rumania. It says that Ceausescu is on the quiet move throughout Rumania to earn a successful campaign rally to his people for the possible encounter with the Soviets such as issuing of guns and drills to the newly formed militia in Bucharest and earning the unity of all local Rumanian families. Meanwhile, Ceausescu's definition of freedom is also mentioned.
