ABSTRACT
The article offers information on how Libya's Muammar Gaddafi put up the annual summit meeting of the Organization of African Unity (OAU) in Tripoli, Libya. He stresses that the Polisario Front withdraws from the rescheduled meeting. Moreover, delegations from Chad are in dispute, one represented former President Goukouni Oueddei and the other is by President Hissene Habre, in which Gaddafi chooses the Oueedi group as the official delegation.
