The article investigates the issue regarding how online social networking can affect the nurses' career and professionalism in the U.S. It mentions that several employers in the country have monitored the employees' sites, without the knowledge of the workers, in order to get information. Moreover, several nurses have been terminated from their job due to the messages or contents they have posted on the social networking.
