ABSTRACT
The article reports that offshore wind turbine installations off the coast of the U.S. could generate 4,150 gigawatts of electricity, according to the "Assessment of Offshore Wind Energy Resources for the United States," which was released by the U.S. Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).
