ABSTRACT
The article offers tips on losing weight in simple manners. It is advised not to eat while watching television because in the course of viewing a program a persons tends to eat more. It is stated that one should have meal in small plates to reduce food intake. It is advised to keep serving dishes off the table because, people eat about 20 percent less when food is served from a counter instead of family-style on the dinner table.
