ABSTRACT
The article reports on the possibility to dissolve Palestinian Authority (PA) if it is unable to reach a peace deal with Israel and the world does not recognize a Palestinian state. It states that the PA was established after an interim peace agreement with Israel which gave Palestinians limited autonomy in the West Bank. PA President Mahmoud Abbas has signaled the possibility of dissolving PA if settlement activity of Israel does not stop and the U.S. falters in its negotiations.
