ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the leadership challenges faced by chief executive officers (CEO) in the U.S. It stresses that dealing with complexities pose as the top challenges for the CEO's. It cites various results of the 2010 International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) Global CEO Study which include the CEO's management abilities in the rising complexity, CEO's consider creativity as the most importance leadership quality, and the value of customers towards a successful organization.
