ABSTRACT
The article presents the advice of several executives from the embroidery industry in the U.S. regarding the expansion of decorating methods by shops in 2011. Samanta Cortes of Fashion Design Concepts Inc. recommends the adoption of new color and stitch designs. Howard Potter of A & P Master Images notes the importance of considering the preference of previous customers. Furthermore, Jane Swanzy of Swan Threads suggests that embroiderers must learn more about modern technique before adopting it.
