ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) that protects the job rights and benefits for veterans and the members of the military reserves. It states that the law provides protection for disabled veterans and obliges the employers to accommodate the stability of veterans. It mentions that the returning service members who meet the eligibility criteria of the law must be treated as a continuous employee for pension purposes.
