ABSTRACT
The article discusses the regulation of human embryonic stem cell (hESC) research, one of the most discussed topics in bioethics. It says that the research for stem cells has presented various unresolved questions but offered great potential for scientists to do exceptional breakthroughs for the benefit of mankind. Thus, the U.S. government should provide generous funding for non-invasive stem cell research such as human adult stem cells (hASC) research or cord blood banking.
