ABSTRACT
The access to justice is a fundamental right in the constitutional legal order of the European Union Member States. Recognized in several ways by the constitutional provisions or created by the constitutional judge for the protection of other fundamental rights and freedoms or in the case of violations committed by the public authorities, the access to justice is a 'sine qua non' condition of the rule of law.
