ABSTRACT
The article discusses several issues on online library support including access to library resources and services, the interaction of library to its users and other information providers to benefit the students of distance learning of the University of the Philippines (UP) in the Philippines. It examines on how online library resources and services can be delivered to online learners similar to those provided in school campus. Also mentioned is the good experience offered by the UP Open University library.
