ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the Minority HIV/AIDS Research Initiative for Blacks and Hispanic communities to conduct researches, that will be funded by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC). It states that the goals of the program are to build HIV prevention research capacity through partnerships in minority communities where little research has been conducted and to provide research opportunities for new investigators from mostly black and Hispanic communities.
