ABSTRACT
The article reports on healthful ways to overcome the vitamin D deficiency. It states consuming vitamin D supplements available at any drugstore is the convenient way to overcome the deficiency. However it states overconsumption of supplements can lead to heart and kidney damage. It states consumption of foods that contain vitamin D like egg yolk, liver and wild salmon, is the best way to overcome vitamin D deficiency.
