ABSTRACT
The article offers information on how one can burn calories through biking and rules to keep in mind related to biking. It states that pulling handlebars while moving uphill can tone arms and can help to burn 60 calories per hour. It mentions that while spinning one's shoes should be snapped into clipless pedals as these allow to push through the stroke.
