Bologna Process implementation should be faced as an opportunity for Higher Education reorganisation in Portugal, focusing on learning processes and quality, in opposition to expository teaching. This perspective should be especially significant for teaching Information, Communication Technologies and Systems, attending the topics specificity for this area where, considering a group of acquired competencies, it's desirable to explore real or simulated situations. New educational environments, new resources, new languages and new communication processes will help to create different relationships between teachers and students, allowing excellence on teaching in this area.
