ABSTRACT
The article explores developments concerning use of social media by law practitioners. It presents tips in which lawyers can limit their risk as they increase their social media presence. It describes the most prevalent forms of social media used by lawyers including microblogs such as Twitter, social networking sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn, and chat rooms, forums, and listservs.
