ABSTRACT
The article discusses how a person will know if he or she is overweight or obese. Some health risks related to obesity are heart disease, back pain and reduced fertility. The author describes the visual way of determining if a person has gained weight. Tips on how to calculate a person's body mass index (BMI) are provided. According to the article, waist measurement is an important consideration when assessing health risk. Also provided are tips on how to lose weight.
