ABSTRACT
The article reports that the scientists at King's College London developed clinical grade stem cells which are free of products derived from animals. It states that the products, called xeno-free stem cells, are submitted to the Great Britain Stem Cell Bank. Meanwhile, professor Peter Braude said that though the study had taken nearly 10 years, more research is needed before conducting clinical trials.
