ABSTRACT
The article discusses how Alton Brown, writer, director and host of the Food Network show "Good Eats," and author of "Good Eats 3: The Later Year," shed 50 pounds of weight with the help of his personal trainer, Roger Scott. It highlights the trainer-client interaction between Brown and Scott, and includes comments from both on the importance of proper nutrition in fitness. Also discussed is Brown's partnership with Welch's® where he works closely with Casey Lewis.
