ABSTRACT
The article discusses the issue of U.S. fiscal deficits from the perspective of the eurozone crisis. Greece exemplifies the eurozone's dilemma and provides a warning sign reminding the U.S. to mend its fiscally irresponsible ways. It is noted that even if the U.S., compared to Greece, possesses more macro-economic policy tools and a larger more productive economy, it should learn the right lessons being taught by what is occurring in the eurozone.
