The article observes that Internet-related strategies remain the focus of marketing trends in the U.S. plumbing industry. It enumerates trends such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as well as Facebook, Google+ and other social networking media. The article also details Quick Response (QR) codes that have been a fixtures in Japan in recent years and have been increasing in the use to market products and services in the U.S.
