ABSTRACT
The article reports that Carolina Power & Light Co. has requested an exemption from the by-laws of the Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-63 provided by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant. The license has been issued in accordance with the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations. The project has not affected the human environment.
