ABSTRACT
The article presents information on an interim staff guidance issued by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission regarding issuance of a license for reviewing operating experience at the nuclear power plants. Information on a public meeting organized by NRC on October 12, 2011 on this issue is presented. The NRC received a comment from Exelon Generation Co. LLC for this guidance.
