In this article, the author discusses the significance of diversity and inclusion (D&I) for KPMG LLP's business success. He says that the company's D&I initiatives affords it an opportunity to engage its clients and its people, and create the type of shared value that benefits, apart from improving its ability to attract, retain, and advance a more innovative workforce and leadership team.
