ABSTRACT
The article highlights profile of Van Gorders' Furniture in northeast Pennsylvania owned by Scott Van Gorder and operated together with Scott's three sons. Initially, Van Gorders had a 15,000-square-foot furniture showroom in old National Hotel built in 1860 in downtown Honesdale. Van Gorder's Hawley store located along US-6 on the northern tip of Lake Wallenpaupack has reportedly a vacation lodge look with a rustic product mix like Telescope Casual Furniture, Lloyd/Flanders and Breezesta.
