ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a consent agreement issued by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission to EPN Inc. for the settlement of alleged violations of the federal law that prohibit unfair or deceptive acts. The agreement has been issued in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Act. The agency is soliciting public comments on this agreement by July 9, 2012 via electronic mail or in writing.
