ABSTRACT
The article offers the insights of various individuals on bullying. Beth Paris mentions that bullying is a behavior that evolves out of a perceived sense of power imbalance in which adult intervention is the most effective way to respond to bullying. Moreover, early childhood teacher Ashley Cahill states that they help children to recognize how they make each other feel.
