The article focuses on the temporary final rule of the U.S. Coast Guard to establish a 500-meter safety zone in the navigable waters around the Outer Continental Shelf Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit (MODU) KULLUK in Beaufort Sea, Alaska. It mentions that the request of Shell Exploration & Production Co. for temporary safety zone was due to safety concerns.
