ABSTRACT
An introduction to the journal is presented which discusses various reports published within the issue, including one on changes in the higher education landscape in economically advanced nations, one on the possible impacts of information and communication tecnologies (ICT) on higher education in Southeast Asia, and another on the use of ICT in higher education systems in Singapore.
