ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the issue of anonymity with respect to the laws regarding the campaign finance disclosure in the U.S. The decisions of the Supreme Court of the U.S. regarding the issue of anonymity and campaign finance is concerned with establishment and protection of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the U.S. Information on the issues concerning the First Amendment includes the campaign contribution, campaign finance and the campaign spending and the decisions of the Supreme Court on the cases regarding the freedom of speech is also presented.
